Will you be lending direct to consumers?

No. Haventree Bank remains an advocate of the broker channel and believes that mortgage brokers provide the best options to borrowers looking for a mortgage.

Any new products offerings? I noticed you now list Rental Property product and Second Mortgages, are there any others coming?

We will continue to innovate new products and programs and invest more into technology to better serve our customers and broker partners. Our current guidelines and products have not changed. Our exclusive products (such as our rental mortgage program and second mortgage program) are available solely to our status brokers. The Haventree Elite program is a loyalty rewards program recognizing our broker partners for their exemplary performance. Please contact your business development manager to join the program.

Do I have to notify my existing borrower(s) of the name change?

We have sent all borrowers a letter to notify them of the change. To learn more, invite them to contact our mortgage service specialists with any questions or concerns.

Where can I get the new logo to replace the Equity Financial Trust logo?
