Basel Pillar 3 Disclosures

Haventree Bank is a federally regulated Schedule I bank supervised by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (“OSFI”). Haventree Bank calculates regulatory capital and capital ratios based on Capital Adequacy Requirements Guidelines issued by OSFI. The guidelines are based on “Basel III: A global regulatory framework for more resilient banks and banking systems – A Revised Framework” (“Basel III”), which Haventree Bank adopted effective January 1, 2013.

Pillar 3 of the framework relates to disclosures to be made to allow market participants to assess a financial institution’s capital risk exposures and risk assessment process and hence its capital adequacy.
