Your status is determined based on the number of funded deals completed by you or your loyalty team within the year. Loyalty points are awarded individually for every mortgage you fund, even when you’re part of a team. As you progress, you automatically unlock higher status and greater rewards.

How it works:
Status can be earned individually or as part of a loyalty team.
Teams must be within the same brokerage and province.
Points are awarded to the individual agent based on their current status. 1point = $1
Fund 10, 20, or 40 deals within the year to reach Gold, Platinum, or Diamond.
Status updates automatically once the required number of funded deals is reached.

Team
Work individually or build a loyalty team within the same brokerage and province. If you’re part of a team, register it to get started.
Status
Status is earned based on the number of funded deals completed by you or your team within the year. Points are awarded individually for every funded mortgage you submit. Your status is valid for 1 year and carries over into the following year. To maintain your status, the required funding level must be met again. If not, your status will adjust to reflect the level earned.
